THE GRANDE PREMIÈRE

La Grande Première kicks off the winter season in Val Thorens on 21–22 November 2026, with a weekend of skiing, snowboarding and celebrations. Visitors can test the latest equipment from over 50 brands at Place Caron, join introductory sessions, explore the ski area and enjoy a mini snowpark, snow conditions permitting. Off the slopes, live DJs, après-ski parties, quizzes and prize giveaways keep the atmosphere lively, while Saturday evening features mountain film screenings and a one-man comedy show. The programme is subject to change.
